NATIONAL RESOURCES

HHNZ Guidelines
Hand Hygiene New Zealand Guidelines (December 2009)

NOTE: This December 2009 version of the Guidelines replaced all previous versions. The cover of each version of the document was clearly dated so you can check that you are using the most recent version.

The December 2009 Guidelines were updated in light of implementation experiences, many of which are discussed in the newsletters (see the News page of this website to download copies of past newsletters). A number of issues discussed at the 30 September 2009 HHNZ workshop for DHB Coordinators have also been addressed in this final version of the Guidelines.

DHB RESOURCES

The following is an example of a T-shirt design developed by the Auckland DHB for the launch of its local hand hygiene campaign.  The T-shirt design and the initial ‘theme’ of the Auckland campaign was a very effective adaptation of the HHNZ ‘All Hands to the Pump’ poster.
